Repairs and Service

We do repair and service all model trains.

Our current labor rate is $40 per hour minus parts.

If all you require is a normal service and cleaning, that is only $25 per locomotive.

We do not charge for jobs that are very menial.

If its something simple, we will take care of it for FREE.

All our repairs are 100% guaranteed and come with a minimum 1 year warranty unless noted.

We do service and clean old Lionel and American Flyer.

As for DCC installs and Painting we do use a trusted and insured outside source for this. 

As for all repairs, all warranty and promises are in ink with a carbon copy, a signature from the owner of the store and provided to the customer.  All items are tested, video taped and photographed for record keeping before and after repair work.  

We try to work as fast as we can BUT if the customer request a rush job,

it is $80 per hour on all labor plus parts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
