We hope everyone is surviving this insane weather!

It has been extremely hot here and on a personal note, just about almost through the neck of the woods on everything.  Thank you everyone for your understandings and support.  Through these trying times, I got to see more of the ugly side of humans that I thought I would only see on an ambulance and not so much in the hobby or in a train store.  It has been really eye opening and discouraging of where this hobby is headed just based on

some of the people in it.  But as they say, you can't let one or few bad apples ruin the batch.  With that we always promise to operate with nothing but

Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity ( In which we always have.)   

We are closing out all special projects by the end of the month into the first week.  I will be contacting those with items in possession that have been awaiting repairs and service.  Please don't bombard the phone and or flood me with emails.  I am still trying to get back in touch with everyone. 

I am working with what energy I have at the moment.

There are two ways of doing something.  Mickey Mouse Fast or slow and proper.

Some do not have the patience for the latter. 

Those that bear with us will be greatly rewarded.

Remember, I don't do this for a living.  If I did, the bill would be much higher and I would have a lot more time do things.  So please, remain patient, remain kind.
We are always kind and respectful and request the same in return.

We have removed all down payments on pre orders.  Our system is now set up to where when a pre order is made, you are not charged until the item is due to be shipped.  We know these are trying times financially for everyone.

We are not rich by any means but in that of friendship and family.  

On further note, there are plans to still travel with allotted time to meet with our customers far and wide and we can't wait! 

Our mail order / special ordering has now been fixed and any item not listed and or wanted, can be guaranteed in about 4 business days and at the best price possible.  If you notice a high shipping item cost on anything, please let us know and we can refund the difference.  We usually do this automatically.
